Sustainability and appeal

The scarcity of eye care services in Africa is a huge contributor to the high incidence of blindness and visual impairment across the continent. In developing countries, many health institutions and workers have difficulty in obtaining equipment, drugs, educational materials, and maintaining workers. There are many factors that contribute to this problem, some of which include a lack of accessibility and affordability as well as insufficient accountability. The New Sight Eye Center should be attractive to organizations and individuals who are concerned about eye health care and educational services in developing countries, especially in Liberia, to enhance its sustainability. The Center will keep detailed records and report information(s) to donors regarding the proper use of donations.
